For almost thirty years, James R. Ientile, Inc. has consistently provided our clients with the knowledge, experience, and efficiency to deliver a finished product. Over the years, we have performed many types of construction, including road reconstruction, sanitary and storm systems, bridges, water mains, paving, curbing, earth moving, soils remediation, pump stations, etc. We have the ability to offer our clients a full-service package for site development. As James R. Ientile, Inc. has built a strong reputation in the industry, we have always stressed the quality of our work, along with consistent communication with the Owner/Contractor. We have tremendous experience in all phases of site construction, including residential housing developments, schools, commercial and industrial sites, as well as municipal and government projects.
We employ an experienced, efficient workforce, along with an exceptional support and management team, including our own in-house engineering department. Since James R. Ientile, Inc. owns and maintains all of its vehicles and equipment, we are able to keep our costs down and pass the savings on to our customers. We offer quality service at a fair price.
History
Growing up in his family’s construction business, Jim Ientile learned from the bottom up. From sweeping the shop on Saturdays, to laborer, to equipment operator, then to estimator and ultimately Chief Operating Officer, there is no phase of this business that Jim has not done himself.
In 1989, Jim ventured out on his own and founded James R. Ientile, Inc. Using the knowledge and experience gained as he came up through the ranks, he grew James R. Ientile, Inc. into the company it is today.
Following his father’s footsteps, Jim’s son Rocky learned the business from the ground up, working Saturdays and school vacations. After college, he joined James R. Ientile, Inc. full time in 2006, first as an operator, then project superintendent, to his present position as project manager.
Jim’s youngest son Pete followed the same path, eventually joining the company full time in 2015, after earning his Construction Management degree at Central Connecticut State University. Pete now heads up our estimating team.
